I’m planning 2 invent a garlic candy… can you help me with what candy making process i’d use… also can you give the URLs of websites with information on candy making processes.. thanks.
can you at least state HOW TO DO IT.

basically you need sugar, water, your flavoring(garlic..), and a solidifying agent which i forgot. But you can just use sugar and water, and the flavoring


hard candy is just boiled water and sugar, + corn or golden syrup
could ‘fry’ garlic lightly in butter 1st then strain out garlic
you will need a candy thermometer to show when temp gets to the hard stage, 250*F, for example, or drop spoonful in cold water to see if at chewy stage….
