what about the cardemum powder as you did not mention to use it anywhere in the clip…

BEST BARFI IN THE WORLD FROM AL HABIB IN SARIALAMGIR NEAR JHELUM.

@jawad384 Ghee can be stored at room temperature but Butter shd be refrigerated – hope that helps!

@santsub Can you please tell me whether it is better to sore GHEE BUTTER at room temperature or in the fridge?

THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY.

@jawad384 You can turn unsalted butter into Ghee by heating butter and removing all the milk protein that accumulated on it :) that becomes ghee. Ghee is clarified butter – cheers!

madam i made this recipe but the concent is still soft i am unalbe to cut into pices can u guide me on this

Can I use ground almond I bought from Indian store or should I use raw almonds and blend them the way you did?Can I use unsalted butter if I do not have GHEE?

what if u dont have a blender what can u do

can u tell me powder name which u used in this reciepe..

@shsadaf You can use oil,. the difference is in the flavor. The one with butter or ghee is much more flavorful, on cooling, the one with oil may be a little more soft than the one with butter. Moreover, the one with oil tends to smell rancid more quickly. The one with ghee stays fresh longer, so need not be finished soon.

@ajoyousfriend
She said “Stir constantly” and “Medium heat”, turn your volume up, it is in the video

Looks great!

can I use veg oil instead of ghee? Will it come out the same? if so how much oil, same amount as ghee?

Thanks
